Flaco, no seas rata. 5 dólares !. Te garantizo que el juego está bueno. Yo lo compré !
will the Steam version's price be any different from the Itch version?
Pretende lançar na steam?
Ya lo hicieron !. Buscalo en la web.
can i export the maps/buildings i create as GLB or BSP or something?
we are also very interested to know this - can the models be exported? (preferably to a format that works for 3D printing)
I can tell you that is possible but a very long task, most likely if enough people ask them, they might add it.
broke
im brok
Will the people who have already purchase the game here continue to receive updates via Steam?
why does this launch steam every time i try to run it and then give me an error
I'm getting the same issue and I'm not sure why. it seems to have coincided with the update for the steam announcement
so sorry! a hotfix just got updated, please let me know it works well for you now.
thank you you beautiful person its working
nvm I figured out how to download it
Looking forward to trying out the latest build; would it be possible in a future update to fix the missing face/mesh when these two pieces (slope connected to straight) are linked?
Nice catch! I'll look into it
I wanna build a city so can u make another game called HUGE BRUTALISM?
Add me to that list. Wandering a brutalist city would be amazing, kind of like the game on Steam called "NaissanceE". Would be cool if we could build our own cities like that!
Very cool game :)
The mechanics are overall good, the game is relaxing, and the environments you can make can even be saved as files!
Overall the game is a 9.5/10
the only issue I had was with some minor movement problems with the camera :)
I do hope that yall plan to add customisation to the inside of buildings, as that would also be very cool :)
Oh wow, I love your paintings! It's so exciting to see my first fanart, really made my day! :)
And thanks for the feedback! I'll keep it in mind!
Love it but the Mac version could do with a modifier button(s) for controlling the camera - "right click drag" on a trackpad is horrible. I don't know if there's a defined standard but, e.g., Lychee Slicer uses "scroll-drag" or "alt+mouse" for "translate camera", "shift+mouse" for "rotate camera", and "ctrl+mouse" for "zoom camera".
By default on Mac, Control-click is the same as a right-click. Not sure if this game registers input that way, but it’s worth trying Control-drag if you haven’t already. Even if so, I hope direct confirmation of the behavior is helpful for the developer!
Sadly not with this game. That would have been helpful (although not as good as key+mouse.)
you shold try to realise it on steam
Been loving this game! I notice theres only one piece of music in the game. I would love to contribute some tracks if you were looking to expand the soundtrack.
This is a gem! Outstanding idea, well-executed, and it just keeps getting better with each release!
For me, this isn’t just a game. It’s a platform for meditative reflection. I hope to use it to build spaces I can use to inspire other creative stuff (e.g., music).
a game with genuine artistic taste
Hello folks -- any chance this game could be made available for Playdate? I would love to play something like this on there!
It's getting much cooler now with the update! Some comment from me :
About the full control and auto build option, there's some different for the pillar that auto build and manual; the auto build can create 4 pillar in one block while the manual block only 1 or 2 pillar, i can't get it to 4 pillar.
The camera control different's and feels when building and photo making is a bit confusing. In build mode, the q and e rotate the view, while in photo mode it's up and down.
And my personal preferences are build and photo mode camera should clipping so it's easier to navigate around, but this is only my preference :)
This is a blast and my get to go to relaxation. Keep it up!!
my latest creation
Awesome brutalist builder! Im super in love with the aesthetic :3
Do you think you could add an option to infinitely tile your city and/or change the grid size? I think it would be really cool to be able to have your buildings seem like they go on forever
Keep up the amazing development work! :)
The first person mode is cool but it's hard to play without some way to change the FOV. Right now it feels very zoomed in and claustrophobic with no apparent way to change it
The app is not notarized so if you want to play on Mac you will need to go into the system settings and override to allow the app to run.
this game is totally awesome it would be really cool to see inside of buildings and/or sliding added!!
hey, i LOVE this game and its new parkour update but i dont trust itch with my credit card, can we expect this game to come to steam anytime soon
Just stopping by to say I love this project with all my heart. I love the recent updates. They're all fantastic.
Just a couple thoughts, since I know this is still in development. I'm not clear on if there's a way to place a bridge manually, but I would love that feature if there isn't. Ladders would be a cool addition, especially since there's movement now.
And I doubt this is in the roadmap at all, but every time I see these builder games, I always start to imagine what the structures would look like on the inside. It would be super cool to be able to open the doors and step inside, even if there's nothing really there except a hollow space with any corresponding windows that have been placed.
A little more variation in block textures would be cool too. Maybe introduce some sparse colors as an option? Painted yellow stripes always looks good on brutalist concrete, for example.
Just some thoughts. I love this project and I am confident that, as the word grows, your success will grow also. Great job!
Found the bridge controls!
Love this game so much!
What about snow in the game? I think it would looks cool...
This is becoming my nightly meditation ritual. I implore you to release this to additional platforms so that you may make even more money. You deserve it! Especially for the Linux build!
(if there were a way to adjust compression settings on the photographs, that would be great. I do love the quality of the 8K PNGs, but 32-42 MB single images aren't exactly readily-shareable. I opened a 32MB photo and exported it to a .webp file with "90% quality" and got it down to 3.3 MB, and honestly can't tell the difference between the two of them when zoomed-in 200%)
Really cool sandbox game!
Pro's:
- Very easy to build stuff, anything you do adds random structures with patterns and somehow just fits
- A way to play as a human being
- Infinite height (haven't found the limit yet)
Cons:
- No way of being able to change your FOV
- Biggest size is 16x16 tiles, would've been cool if it could go up to 64x64 or higher
- Kinda difficult going up and down with the camera, maybe better to have 2 keybinds (like E and Q) to go up and down
- No controls anywhere, took me a bit to find the delete keybind (shift + lmb)
I would suggest having some kind of community thing like Discord to send maps to eachother, and maybe also multiple types of lights or maybe even windows. I do find it pretty disappointing that the doorways can't actually be hollowed out, same with the windows, just a black thing, nothing else.
The Internet Archive of this page shows you originally disclosed that the game was "AI Assisted" in the information section; you now claim "No generative AI was used". Can you explain this? What parts were AI generated? Have they been removed? I think it's deceptive to have changed this without at least a note about it somewhere. This project looks very interesting to me, but I don't feel able to be properly excited about it without clarification on this.
I too would like to know this—I like the premise a lot but I’d be more willing to try it out and share it with others if I could be more certain that it wasn’t built using a theft-from-the-commons machine.
ofcourse! no worries I hate AI slop as much as you do. 100% of the game assets are human made!
I was being extra careful with itch's policy since I did sometimes need help to fill gaps in my coding knowledge.
i just wanted to make sure there was no confusion about the game's assets, and that people know I worked really hard on this. Again, all the ingame graphics, music, and sound effects are human made.
Ive aleady gotten some nasty comments because of it, so maybe I misunderstood/wasnt being zealous enough.
really appreciate the concern ofcourse!
I appreciate the transparency, hope you keep up the cool work 👍
Thanks for clarifying!
This should be tagged with AI assisted code then. Rather annoyed about having bought, supported this, and recommended this to friends.
I'm impressed with this brutalist builder. And I'd like to spend more time in it. But graphics is annoying me a lot.
No SSAO and fog makes the shape so unreadable that I'm giving up trying to create something beautiful.
Also zooming by scroll is very slow. And I would like to have kinda Maya camera shortcuts with Alt+RMB+Drag to zoom in/out.
I love the idea so much and suffer from the implementation so much that I'm starting to vibecode my own beautiful userfriendly one.
Also I found the doors can be placed only on the ground, so I cannot make the roof exit. And also I can remove column, but cannot place it if I want.
Hey! Thanks for the feedback!
I just released a new update with tons of fixes and improvements, including your suggestions! a fog slider, mouse sensitivity settings, camera shortcuts, and the ability to place doors on higher floors
Just the update that we've been waiting for! Going to try it now.
Reminds m more of townscaper than tiny glade since we're building on a grid but it's still great. I'd just wish the was a way to make doors on terasses and balconies oh and if there was a round hole/window block variant it would be peak.
Hey there! Just released an update that fixes door placement! More building and window options are coming in the next one :)
oooh incredible !
reminds me of the manga Blame! , the visuals are gorgeous
So this is...
Our tiny brutalism.
yea
Tiny Glade but you're building Babbdi? I love it 🩶
Elite ball knowledge
Great game, however it would be a lot better if it had wasd controls for the camera, bigger plots (32 x 32 and 64 x 64), a way to disable the music but keep the rest of the audio on, a higher height limit, and a way to toggle off windows and staircases from spawning on their own; I want to build what I imagine without having to deal with the game building for me.
It'd also be cool if there were decorations, although that'd probably be too much to ask for.
Hey, thank you so much for the great feedback!
I just released a new update addressing some of your suggestions, including separate music and SFX sliders, improved camera controls, and an option to toggle off auto-build for more control over what you create!
HOLY GOATED LETS GO
gunna buy this
hey! would it be fine to use screen recordings of my creations for an album visualizer video? credits where they're due of course :)
ooo what album I must listen to it
