Thank you Xeif! I didn't see your response on time. Maybe for the better. I found the snake and killed it (btw awesome mechanics for the boss fight - well done!). Got the rope, got the paddle/oar and move to the end. I won't put the password here, as it will ruin all the fun for the others.

Quick question... Are we supposed to give the chicken thigh to this man? Does this mean that we need to collect the chicken thigh when we are on full energy?

EDIT: I made it in the end. There's a boss fight before you can satisfy this man's hunger... and then the end of part A is very near!

AWESOME FIRST PART! very hard (for me) but very rewarding. I tried a few times part B, which appears to add new mechanics! The surprises keep coming!!

Dear Xeif,

I was very pleased to see that people out there are still interested in putting together games without the use of AI (not that AI is bad of course). Your game is so well made and polished that I would probably be the happiest child back in the day, if I had that as a Christmas gift! Thanks again for this awesome piece of software. I haven't played much, but enough to understand the mechanics of 'working together' (although it's not very obvious in the beginning). Please keep up the good work! We are looking forward to more releases from you in the future!

Edit1: It would be very beneficial to add 1 life. Just 1! Or (even better) make the player find the extra life!

Oof, hard pass, chief! And by hard pass, I mean this port is straight-up jank and completely unplayable.

The scroll is choppy. Sure, it scrolls now, but the framerate is a stuttery mess—foul number one right there.

Traps, guns, and enemies are just cheap-shotting you by spawning right in the middle of the screen. Looks like the spawn triggers from the original ROM were never adapted for the new engine.

Fix this screen-scrolling disaster or reconsider uploading here
