Thanks. You've hit the nail on the head with this game. The idea was a Contact Sam Cruise style mystery, set in a MOVIE style world. Two great games, in my humble opinion. I'm still not sure whether or not I'll resurrect this project. I'll see how I feel about it when my current project is complete.
Thanks for taking the time to comment on my game. I appreciate all constructive feedback, both positive and negative. It helps to improve future projects. Sadly yours isn't very constructive, so can you please provide me with more information so I can avoid this terrible mistake in future. Did you see the screenshots and think it was a Spectrum game? Did you watch the trailer and think it was a Spectrum game? Have you seen reviews online that say it's a Spectrum game? Did the download links for Windows, Mac and Linux offer any clues? I'm assuming you're a Spectrum fan, so I'd love to know how you came to the conclusion that it's a Spectrum game. Again, thanks for your time. I hope you appreciate the thousands of hours that went into this freeware game, despite it being for PC/Mac/Linux.
It's a custom tool I've written myself, specifically for Melkhior's Tower. It's a Windows application written in C#/Monogame. There's more info about it in this previous post: /__site/bitglint.itch.io/melkhiors-tower-playdate/devlog/1326794/map-editor
