This was beautiful! If there was a Story rating you would get 5 on that as well! Thank you for the experience!

Cool concept! I really like the idea of an open world puzzle game. I think it would be nice if the pumpkins that have different behaviors looked different as well. I found it a little fiddly to look away and back multiple times. Maybe if the pumpkins teleported all the way.. but then the ones that move away would become very annoying.. hmm, anyway. Reminded me of this demo I played recently  Very Solid puzzle design, totally on theme and it's cool to see the limitation used as the main mechanic! Great Job!

Awesome animations! Really cool artstyle! It's a shame you didn't have time for sounds.

You promised it was light on gameplay and boy did you deliver :)

Really interesting concept! I would have liked a bit more indication of how much the ingredient I currently have would affect the heat level.

I liked the calm fishing vibes, and the scenery was very peaceful with the spirits playfully poking about! Good job!

Best I could do was 19.56! Really creative use of the limitation!

Such an emotional experience! Also that particle effect, where the dust in the room catches light is incredibly atmospheric! Great Job!

I really enjoyed the leaf tunnel vision!

Fun play on the limitation,  and oozing Cozy vibes. I just think the shop prices were a bit too realistic for me.

Thank you so much for playing and for your feedback! I will definitely update the controller after the jam.

Really creative take on the limitation! Overall incredibly cozy and relaxing experience. Awesome job!

I love that the squirrel carries the nuts in it's cheeks. Great art and animations!

I love the power fantasy of decimating a horde with artillery pumpkin fire. Also that is the meanest game over screen I have seen all jam :) Great Game!

Great puzzle design! I loved the d'oh face she makes when caught!

Really cozy and immersive little game! Time completely got away from me with this one. Wonderfully done!

The unskippable cutscene in a browser game is a little punishing you guys. Other than that I did have fun, though guessing recipes was crazy difficult (I did see the cheat sheet eventually).  I Love the concept of fish infiltrating cat society!

Very satisfying gameplay! I love that the faster you chop the more leaves get shaken and make the next chop  more difficult to see.

Yes I did go in the lake..  and I'd do it again :) Great Job!

Cute puppy! That is a very unique turning/locating/sniffing sound you have there :D I am a bit disappointed that I couldn't keep a picture of Gou.

Very cozy!

Thanks for the feedback! I agree that the turning feels out of place.

Thank you for playing!

Thanks for playing!

Thank you for playing, and for the feedback! I completely agree about explaining the controls and actually the whole game better.

Thanks for the feedback! To be honest I haven't figured out the turning.

Thank you for playing!

Thank you for the comparison with Journey! As for the skill issue, it is on my part. I didn't have time to integrate a proper tutorial so the two small hints that I managed to get in seem to do more harm than good at explaining the game.

While a bit light on theme and limitation, absolutely incredible little gem! The UI is very well polished and feels super tactile and satisfying.

Nice game! I too, now hate climbing trees :P No but seriously, cool mechanic and thanks for putting in THE setting.

I like psychological horror vibes this is giving off!

Thank you for teaching me tree names in English :D  a couple of species that are not at all common where I am from as well! Never knew there were tulip trees, they look awesome!

Really nice and cozy. Keep at it!

Chill little game! Watching pie bake with the door open..

Cool cozy little game! Would love to see it more polished.

Really cool concept! The goal of ten days seems a bit arbitrary. It didn't feel like the days themselves were different from one another, or like there was progress happening. The controls were crisp and responsive. The sound design was well put together. I really liked that shooting the trees made the apples fall out. Great job.

Thank you for playing! Yeah, that tends to happen from time to time.  I experimented with different approaches to the player and a wall colliding mid rotation, I didn't find a solution that felt better to play then to just let it be possible for the player to glitch through.  In the "after the rating is over" version I made it look intentional:

which along with a movement overhaul , does a much better job at presenting some of the more questionable "features".

Also, just realized you were actually really stuck in there huh :) Glad to hear you managed to make it through! Thank you for the feedback!

Thank you!

Overall pretty fun game. I think adding a charge (hold to charge up, more charge, more boost) to the explosion might be a good way to get a lot of mechanical depth.

Cool puzzles! Felt a bit odd to have the colors change between levels. The ending was very duolingo of you :)
