Unskippable game title

suggestion:
give the power pellets a blinking animation to make it more onpar with the original arcade pac-man

it technically does work though, so far i've installed it on NAND and didn't encounter anything wrong

Pretty good port, only criticism i have really is how much i assume had to be stripped from the original game to make the game work on a 2012 console. The lack of color bleed, some sprites being LQ for some reason, and removing the distortion of music/sfx kinda takes away the authentic vibe of 1930s toons the game was going for
