LSD: Revamped
A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux
LSD: Revamped is a fan-made remake of the cult-classic 1998 PS1 game LSD: Dream Emulator.
LSD is an exploration game where the player explores surreal dreamscapes without any objectives. The dreams in the game are based on a dream diary that was kept for ten years. Originally created by Japanese artist Osamu Sato, the game was intended to be unlike any other game available at the time.
LSD: Revamped aims to make LSD playable on modern hardware whilst retaining the look and feel of the original game. It adds a number of optional quality-of-life enhancements such as customisable control schemes, increased resolutions, and a better framerate.
If you experience any bugs/issues with the game, please report them in the #violence-district channel in the LSD: Revamped Discord, or in an email to bugreports@lsdrevamped.net. Please attach the game's log file when reporting an issue, it can be found at:

yo uso linux.
y no puedo abrir el juego nose por que, pero creo que es por que no me instale unas dependencias.
I downloaded the game but my windows defender isnt allowing me to run the game and it is showing that is harmful for my system. Is there any way I can play this and is it safe?
Can someone help me setting this up?
Mark as clear in windows defender.
Check download file (if small enough) on virus total
bradar obviously it is safe some windows have this bug that safe things have some names that windows defender are not allow to be in
I'm liking this a lot! Never played the original game. I think the addition of some CRT filters and 4:3 resolution choices would be great for the experience.
I have only watched this way back in the day when people were giving it a go, it feels weird playing it now. Loved the experience.
Pls guys play this full high of LSD
EL SSS DEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
can somone tell me what this is about
A game about dreams, son.
iv never played lsd but this is the best game ever
This is amazing! I love LSD: Dream Emulator, but this remake blows it out of the water. All the awesome oats of the PS1 version, but smoother and with MODS! Holy cow! Thank you for making this!
More like 'Remastered' buddy, but yeah, a great work.
Quite true, dude. Quite true.
wait it has MODS????
It starts on my second screen instead of my main one, any way to fix that?
Hi there! You can start the game with a command-line option '-monitor' with a number to change the screen it launches on. For example 'LSDR.exe -monitor 0' or 'LSDR.exe -monitor 1'.
Alternatively, switching the game to windowed mode in the settings will let you drag the window to your other screen, then you can fullscreen again on that screen.
I completely forgot that was a thing, thanks tho!
verity talking
Hi, how close is this game to the original? I never played the original game and always wanted to.
I don't know either I will try it out and reaply back if possible
it's pretty similar. I personally am attatched to some of the aspects that quality of life removed, such as the low resolution and little slivers of the skybox leaking through due to the vertex wobble.
in addition, emulating the original on any of the devices listed is pretty simple, and I've never heard of or used a retro games emulator that doesn't have control rebinds and adjustments built in. I used open emu with a ps1 bio downloaded safely from internet archive. If you value the "integrity" or nostolgia of playing old games in all their quirks, I would just emulate it.
you can also just run the game in low res
i can't wait for the next update

Will the translated text dreams ever be an option in this? That's the one thing keeping me playing the ps1 version (with the text dreams translated) for the original dreams.
https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZP8G7KVma/ I created a trailer for this
its so cool thanks
This game is very strange but extremely entertaining. It's like a fever dream, this is why I love this game. And of course, as an experienced game dev myself, I had to hack the walk speed (among other things) 😂

Absolutely deserves 1000000/10
is there somewhere I could listen to the soundtracks?
just search up lsd dream emulator ost on youtube, this uses the tracks from the original game
Wait no im stupid, never noticed the "use original soundtrack" toggle. Idk sorry
plsss i want giant baby
Amazing work and attention to detail to the original. I'm in awe - fantastic job!
Love it!
so far im absolutely loving this. truly the definitive way to experience the game and just the little things like going above and beyond to incorporate some additional content as opposed to just a 1 to 1 revamp is effort that is appreciated but you really didn't have to do lmao just the overhauled textures are already impressive enough, if you were to honestly chuck this up on steam for like 10 to 15 bucks I could see myself buying it in a heartbeat. a much better deal than what the original is going for at least. my only major gripe is that the sensitivity with the revamped controls is far too high and there is no sensitivity option. you included an option to smooth out the textures which is nice but no sensitivity option which is highly bizarre. were the extra dreams added from your own personal dream journal? if so then really nice touch and once again really wasn't warranted. but please in the next update include a sensitivity option that is my only major gripe.
ok I am an idiot lol. turns out there is a sensitivity option I just had to click on create. lol mb
im fairly certain that selling this would count as copyright infringement towards the original game, since the original was a purchased game
You have done a great job here!
That's my favorite game
10/10 rating
I have no idea what I just played. 10/10
this is really good! for some reason, i don’t have any audio on linux, but besides that i’m really enjoying this :]
It's a good game, a great game, very similar to LSD Dream Emulator. I want to know more about this game and more news about its development and creation. I want them to continue developing and creating LSD: Revamped. Very good game, 10/10, 5 stars.
this is one of the most tripping and weirdest game I've played on itch io
10/10
thank you for making this bro
Amazing work you've done so far and can't wait for the new update!
ena dream bbq type graphics
the best kind of ragebait is the kind that could easily be genuine
Just started playing the port and loving that I finally have the opportunity to play the game but is there a way to change the journal text to English?
Hooray, I've always been wanting to play the OG LSD System! But finding a file to the emulator is like finding a needle in a pile of hay. Thank you so much for bringing LSD System back!
I have it on my PSP lmao
This remake makes me so fucking happy
I love that you left the classic low poly style, it could be great a PSP port because the graphics fits on the hardware specs
I know its probably not gonna happen for a long time which is understandable but still wanna see when we gonna get that vr version?
a beautiful rendition of a classic masterpiece, i love the toggle between clean graphics and its original pixel qualities, ill be sure to come back to this again and again!!!
do you guys have any plans on removing this trojan from it
There isn’t a Trojan
There is no such thing.
would you guys say this game is authentic to lsd dream emulator?
yes
